Q5D has developed a set of automated harness assembly techniques for different product geometries, substrates and production needs. These methods enable wires and components to be placed, retained and protected in ways that improve manufacturing efficiency, quality and repeatability.

Each technique addresses a different product or assembly challenge, from large 3D interior parts to flexible harnesses, modular formboards and moulded structures with integrated wire retention.
