WIre harness built onto headliner of vehicle interior

Glue-retained harness

Adhesive selectively applied to surface retains wires and other components

How it works

A glue head applies adhesive to the formed shape where wires are to be retained. Wire is then laid onto the adhesive and cut to length. Any forming process can be used to shape the part. Any material can become the structure for the wiring where a suitable adhesive is available.

Applications

  • Vehicle interiors
    • Headliners
    • Door-liners
    • Instrument panel toppers
    • Control Panels
  • White goods, including fridges, freezers and washing machines
  • Consumer electrical goods
