Depending on the configuration, the machine can create wire harnessing for traditional installation or apply conductors directly to 3D panels of the final product. This provides additional protection and enables further savings in labour and materials. A machine installed alongside product assembly is able to provide just-in-time parts and remove the need for transportation and storage.
Our newly developed machinery utilises standard wire harness consumables for immediate integration. The Q5D automation system is in direct competition with manual form-board assembly and wire preparation equipment.
